MEET STEFANIA
Stefania Imuly Skorzewski began this campaign at age nine. She is the young author and creator at its heart, with a belief that children want a kinder future for themselves, their friends and the generations still to come.
Growing up in a mixed-heritage Polish, Indonesian and Chinese family in multicultural London, Stefania has learned that belonging should never depend on someone's background, appearance or skin tone.
Her idea is simple: help plant seeds of kindness around the world by giving children joyful ways to colour, play, draw, create and practise small kind actions.
Stefania is also an enthusiastic reader, a dedicated martial-arts athlete and a young helper in creative workshops for children. She trains with Kung Fu Zone, and her official record includes British National Championship medals in Sanda and Wushu/Taolu, with both first-place results and second-place finishes—reflecting discipline, confidence and perseverance.
Her public voice began early. Stefania has held the microphone for street interviews, galleries and community events, introducing artists, positive projects and people through LONDI's social media.
At age eight, she rang the HelpBnk Doorbell at Virgin Hotels and delivered a short pitch about her dream for LONDI. Richard Branson later replied with a video message encouraging her mission.

Her dad, Rafal Skorzewski, helped her turn the family idea into a finished 72-page book. The campaign, website and partnerships are managed by her family through LONDI.

WATCH THE CAMPAIGN FILM
This short animated film brings Stefania's Kindness Book Campaign to life with LONDI, colourful creativity and one simple message: small kind actions can make a big difference.
THE CINEMATIC CAMPAIGN WORLD
Each scene brings together familiar London landmarks, diverse children and simple acts of kindness—creating a colourful world where every child can feel welcome.

WHY THIS MATTERS
During her early school years, Stefania experienced bullying and exclusion, including a moment when other children questioned whether she could join in because of her skin tone. Experiences within her multicultural family helped her understand how deeply words, assumptions and being left out can affect a child.
Rather than centre the hurt, Stefania wants to help create something positive: books, conversations and small kind actions that encourage children to include others and make them feel that they belong. The campaign is for every child and does not blame any community.
The book opens gentle conversations and gives children creative ways to practise kindness, courage, respect, inclusion and belonging in everyday life.
